We worked as a casting producer from 2019-2024 to bring incredible talented cooks to screens across America. Our latest contestant, Michael Leonard won season 14. Launched on FOX in July 2010, MasterChef brought amateur home cooks into a high-stakes kitchen world, inspired by the BBC format.  The U.S. version is judged by culinary heavyweights: Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and (for many seasons) Aarón Sánchez. Sikora worked under the legendary Michelle Mock-Falcon who has also casted Survivor, ANTM, Fear Factor, and more.

The series earned recognition from the Television Academy, winning an Emmy for Outstanding Art Direction for a Multi-Camera Series.  It’s also been honored by the Directors Guild of America, among other industry bodies.
