In the heat of production, one of Sikora Ent’s main workstations burned out, taking two important hard drives with it.  All work was halted until a new up to date system arrived.  Projects are expected to be back up and running next week. “We suffered a terrible loss with two of our drives, on top of the computer failing, we lost a large portion of our sound archives and a very large archive of past raw video footage…very heartbreaking but there was little we could do after our data recovery attempts didn’t fix anything.” William Sikora said. “Luckily most of our current content and other media was all safe and backed up on other drives, it is just unfortunate that our two backups of our audio and video archives were lost.”

HP will be  the new primary workstation for design, production, and post workflow. HP is a leader in design and powerful workstations. No word on release dates for the upcoming CollectiveUth Little Rascals film or Meg Kelley’s music video – yet both are set to wrap post production by the end of October.

“As we move on from this disaster, we can only be an exciting  for what is ahead, bigger and better things await, we must be prepared for success.”

It is the 11th anniversary of that tragic day which the world will never forget.  Sikora heads to NYC to explore the 9/11 Memorial and see the new Freedom Tower up close!  It’s the city that never sleeps and everyone is out and about.  Go to Times Square, Broadway, and Radio City Music Hall and see the lights during the most busy time of the year!

Sikora Entertainment and CollectiveUth have finished production and principal photography on a short film that is CollectiveUth’s biggest ever!  The film features acting and five dance numbers choreographed and conceptualized by Gigi Torres.  William Sikora III has worked with Andrea Jasper found of CUth for quite some time now and are very excited for this upcoming film that is set to be released this Fall.

Everyone from Alfalfa to Stymey, Buckwheat, Spanky and Darla are in the film and casting was difficult to pick the right looks to play each character since they also had to be amazing dancers.  Filming took place over two days and features almost twenty kids!  Look for The Little Rascals this Fall!

The upcoming film Forever Summer,  has now been split into five different chapters (videos.)  “We decided it would be better to release the films in five much shorter segments, than have all of these beautiful shots span over 16 minutes.”  The director William Sikora said.

“It was actually easier this way since each song was about 4 minutes and we had scenes fade in and out, now we are making those scenes separate videos, it will help expand our series into the month of September so people can enjoy Summer…forever!”  Sikora continued.

Forever Summer was first announced on Facebook as a tribute to the scorching hot season of sun and fun.  Sikora wanted to capture everything he felt was Summer around us so we could always enjoy it year round, hence the title Forever Summer.  Look for the premiere of Chapter One, next week!

SikoraFoto recently had it’s first published photography printed in the June 2012 issue of Prestige Magazine, a luxurious, high class fashion magazine.  The 360 page magazine featured a ten page spread photographed by William Sikora III which was styled by Paris Libby.

“I am extremely proud of this project, on top of it being my first published photography in such a great magazine, it is really an honor to share my art around the world!”  Sikora said.  The magazine is distributed in Hong Kong in three different languages and also makes it’s way to the US to some press outlets.  You can view images from the shoot below.
