Apple Features Fluffymoji On The App Store

Sikora Entertainment’s first dive into the app world has proven a great success! Fans of Fluffy Friends around the world all agree Fluffymoji is one of their favorite sticker apps, a new feature that was recently added to iOS 10. The sticker pack includes over 80 animated and stickers.

“It took a lot of time to design the stickers, posing all the characters in shoots then taking them into Photoshop to cut them out and animate them and give them even more personality, I could’ve gone on forever but we wrapped up the first release with 75 stickers and just recently added more for free.” Sikora said.

Apple featured Fluffymoji on the App Store this March on their front page under “New Stickers We Love”.

“It was a shock and an incredible honor, I literally jumped for joy when I saw that. Apple could’ve picked any of the millions of apps out there but they saw the passion I put into mine and featured it ahead of bigger names like Care Bears and Lego Batman. It was crazy!” Sikora continued. “We have already been working on Fluffymoji 2 for the past couple of months which features over 175 animated stickers and emojis, these ones are just amazing and I can’t wait till it releases this week!” Sikora said.

It looks like it’s just the beginning for Fluffymoji as their newest sticker app hits stores soon and word is they are developing a version for Android devices too.

BTV received a major rebranding as part of the final move away from the “B” names the company originally started with. In 2012, B Entertainment changed to Sikora Entertainment. “BTV was thriving on YouTube at that time and a re-branding was not in the works. YouTube and our channel has changed a lot over the years, we narrowed down our audience, put shows on their own channels and really tried to solidify the experience. While we are still growing, we came across challenges that slowed us down, tried to put out our fire. It took months to figure out a good name that could replace it.” Sikora said.

BTV officially made the switch in January and is not looking back. FYRtv is not an acronym, it’s simply FIRE. “There is a passionate fire burning inside that has always been there, the past couple years have tried to put our fire out but we will not let that happen, so the name was perfect for our mindset.” FYRtv said.

“Fans will still be getting the same quality content, just a sharper focus on delivering great videos, I am excited to see where we can go.” Sikora said.

LaTonka Featured On CNN

LaTonka and her wild antics went viral after reacting to Mariah’s disastrous New Year’s Eve performance. This was the first type of video for the beloved puppet and it became her biggest, with over 1 MILLION views in 2 days. The video spread like wildfire across the web and made it’s way onto CNN where it was featured for a moment.

“Fluffy Friends has really been connecting with people online, it’s fun, it’s bold, brash, and unique, I think that’s what makes it so loved.” Creator William Sikora said.

There are more plans to do reaction videos with the puppets and even more characters to be added in 2017. “This is just the beginning, we’ve been pushing for a while now but it takes time to get to where you want to be we have a long way to go!” Sikora concluded.

LaTonka Gets Upgraded

After three years, LaTonka is getting an upgrade, a major one! The all new custom designed puppet makes her debut in a hilarious makeover episode which puts her in a cryo-tube that transforms her entire look.

“Our original puppet was getting very old and raggedy. The seams were ripping apart and the hair was coming off, it was definitely time to think about our next phase for LaTonka. I had to tread very carefully, because changing up a character can really turn fans off if it’s done wrong. Her personality is identical, just the outward appearance has been upgraded. The new LaTonka now has eyebrows, fingers, real hair, and a full body. It was a risky move, but overall the fans are loving her.” Sikora said.

Fluffy Friends has had an amazing year in terms of growth, celebrating one year anniversary of the smash hit series “Word of the Day” this October. Fluffy Friends will also be releasing a sticker app for iOS 10 this month which features over 65 stickers!

“We are excited to see where we can take these puppets! There is a lot in the works.” Sikora ended.

Creating More Kids Content

“Kids are a huge passion of mine, creating content that is family-friendly has always been at the forefront of my career. There are many different things I work on, but I always come back to animation. As a kid myself, I would spend hundreds of hours playing Mario Paint on my Super Nintendo, creating cartoons and remaking my favorite Disney scenes set to music. Now, with The Squirrels, I am continuing that passion with episodes that have been coming out quarterly. It’s a lot of work for one person to do but I am now focusing on growing and will do what it takes to get there.” Sikora said.

The Squirrels released a new episode this April and featured some new characters. Now, Sikora is doing even more with upcoming children’s content like lullabies and short educational videos featuring those lovable squirrels.

“My first release will be Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star which will feature Abby and an adorable star, it’s a perfect little lullaby to put the little ones to bed.” Sikora continued.

The push for children’s content on YouTube has grown tremendously over the past couple years and Sikora Entertainment is ready to make some magic with their characters.

Aside from The Squirrels, the hit series Fluffy Friends, which is a puppet show for adults has seen great success but Sikora wants to also bring that over to the kids but that needs to be done carefully.

“We’ve thought about creating a Fluffy Friends JR. channel, but I don’t want to confuse audiences with content that may not be suitable for the little ones so I decided on moving away from that name and creating a separate entity that will be unveiled soon. This channel will feature only educational, children’s content; the goal is to get our growing Fluffy Friends audience to introduce the new channel to their own kids.” Sikora said.

There is a lot going on in terms of growth and figuring out where Sikora Entertainment will put it’s footprint on this earth but one thing is for sure, the dream of the kid who made movies on his Super Nintendo, will never give up.

It’s Time To Get Fluffy

After many years of making Vines and Instagram videos, 2015 was a big year for Fluffy Friends. Early in the year, a few videos went viral across the web and gave the show a big jump on Instagram. As with every viral sensation, the fire soon fades after a while and Sikora went back to the drawing board to figure out how to keep the momentum going. Cookie Monster was making a lot of appearances in the video and Sikora had little desire to keep using him since he didn’t own the character, enter Ollie!

Ollie was a puppet custom made for Sikora a couple years back but he never really found a place. “I didn’t want to just throw him into the mix, I was actually giving him his own gaming show, which turned out to be a very difficult process to review games, play them and react using the puppet at the same time. He didn’t really find an audience there so he was put back on the shelf for a bit. It wasn’t until this summer when I decided to say goodbye to Cookie and replace him with Ollie as the new roomie and create a new YouTube channel with Fluffy content only (compared to being thrown in the mix of all the variety of content on BTV.) I really didn’t think we would hit big again but I was certainly wrong!” Sikora said.

Ollie teamed up with LaTonka in the hilarious series Word of the Day which immediately took the internet by storm, shooting their small amount of followers over 5,000. They were late to the Facebook party, creating a page in October, as of today, they have over 21,000 Likes! (That’s lightyears ahead of every other Sikora Entertainment Facebook page!) Their YouTube page started performing better than BTV, racking up thousands of subscribers in just one month.

This week also marked a big day for Fluffy Friends with the grand opening of their store which has over 60 items to purchase ranging from t-shirts to magnets, cards, to pillows, cases, keychains and much more!

Not to mention, LaTonka will be getting her own show on the YouTube channel in 2016! It’s looking like Fluffy Friends is just starting to see it’s success after these many years. Everyone is loving LaTonka and Ollie!

Fluffy Friends Join Facebook

It’s better late than never! Fluffy Friends finally has their own page on Facebook and you can LIKE them now! It’s definitely taken some time for the crazy puppets to evolve, originally starting out on Vine making fun parody videos and sketches, the puppets really exploded on Instagram where they are the most active. In the summer they got their own YouTube account, so it was just a matter of time.

These puppets have always been edgy, it was never just for kids. The videos were hilarious parodies on pop culture and making fun of random things. With the addition of social networks, the puppets also welcomed a new roomie to the cast, Ollie, a lovable, naive fluffy. People have already gotten a small taste of him in a few videos.
